    Liquidated insurance company CBL Limited's former boss - Peter Harris - has admitted breaching the Financial Markets Conduct Act


    It relates to a failure to disclose information to the market in 2017 and 2018.

    The former Managing Director, has now agreed to not hold any management or director positions with any listed issuer or licensed insurer.

    A penalty hearing before the High Court in Auckland will be held in due course.
