    A fourth person has died after a crash on State Highway 8 at Pukaki, near Twizel on Saturday


    Police have already confirmed three people died in the multi-vehicle crash.

    A further three were airlifted to hospital in a serious condition and two people had moderate injuries.

    One of the people in a serious condition died from their injuries overnight.

    The long weekend road toll now sits at seven.
