Belief the Government's changes to tenancy laws are a step in the right direction

Belief the Government's changes to tenancy laws are a step in the right direction

The Government claims letting landlords cover potential damages will encourage signing renters with animals.

Property Investors' Federation president Sue Harrison says there's no quick fix to solving the housing crisis.

She says a lot of helpful tools were announced last week - but they'll take a while to get into the market, including this one.
