    That's how former Kiwis coach Frank Endacott views James Fisher-Harris - who will join the Warriors next season on a four-year deal.

    The 28-year-old Kiwis skipper wants to be closer to family in New Zealand - with the reinging champion Panthers agreeing to release him two years early - on compassionate grounds .

    Endacott lists the qualities that put Fisher-Harris among the game's elite.
