    The Philadelphia 76ers have edged the Miami Heat 105-104 in the NBA play-in to confirm themselves as the eastern conference's seventh seed in the playoffs


    The Heat will have to play the winner of Chicago Bulls versus Atlanta Hawks - just underway - for the remaining eighth seed spot.
