Britney Spears' estranged mum has dec lared she'll always be there for her daughter

The '... Baby One More Time' singer's mother Lynne Spears, 69, insisted she'd never stop being available to the star despite their long-running differences as she got on a flight to Los Angeles - after 42-year-old Britney was reported to have had a bust-up with her rumoured ex-boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Thursday (02.05.24)

She told photographers who snapped the mum-of-three at LAX Airport as she was being picked up by her son Bryan Spears - who has had an amicable relationship with his sister in recent years: "(I'll be there for her) no matter what."

Lynne travelled to LA a day after Britney bizarrely blamed her mum for the incident at the Chateau.

The singer made headlines when she was snapped stumbling out of the hotel topless, barefoot and wrapped in a blanket, wearing only white underwear, as she was escorted to emergency workers.

Multiple reports said she was involved in a fight with Paul, but Britney took to social media to share an image of a severely swollen ankle and insisted that is the only reason paramedics were called.

She was not taken to hospital, and hours after the incident sources said she was "safe" at home and doing "fine".

Britney said on Instagram she hadn't fought with Paul and claimed paramedics showed up at her door "illegally".

Turning on her mum, she said Lynne had "set her up", raging in a separate post: "I know my mom was involved !!! I haven't talked to her in 6 months and she called right after it happened before the news being out !!!

"I was set up just like she did way back when !!! I wish I had grandparents !!! I can't stand her !!! I honestly don't care I will say it (thumbs up and shrugging emojis.) !!

Sources have said in the wake of the hotel incident Britney should have been keep under her controversial conservatorship deal, which was ended in November 2021 after 13 years of her dad Jamie Spears, 71, controlling her money and personal life.
