    Kirk Penney believes his recent induction into basketball's international hall of fame was not solely earned


    The former Tall Black is being honoured for serving the national team with distinction at two Olympic Games and four World Cups.

    He's the second New Zealander to be inducted after current Tall Blacks coach Pero Cameron was honoured in 2017.

    But Penney emphasises his achievement is a result of a collaborative effort that spans over two decades.
