Gunn is still charged with assault and resisting police, stemming from an incident at Auckland Airport on February 25 last year.

The trespass charges against Gunn and cameraman Jonathan Clark were dismissed on the grounds the Judge wasn't satisfied the prosecution could prove they failed to leave the airport.
