    The Green Party says it's disappointed personnel problems are taking attention away from their policy


    The co-leaders gave a state of the planet speech in central Auckland.

    Marama Davidson says the party would much rather be continuing their work, rather than focusing on MP problems.

    She says they're doing work behind the scenes to support MPs.

    Davidson says while there are systems in place, there's no silver bullet because every MP is human.
