A nervy wait for the Crusaders as they look to secure their spot in Super Rugby's top eight

A nervy wait for the Crusaders as they look to secure their spot in Super Rugby's top eight

Their hopes were boosted after a dominant 43-10 win over Moana Pasifika in Christchurch, momentarily putting them into eighth place.

But they'll need the Fijian Drua and Force to lose their games this weekend to advance to the playoffs.

Crusaders coach Rob Penney admitted to Gold Sport it may be a case of too little, too late.
