    Russia-Ukraine ceasefire flops again after hours of talks 'about nothing'

    Talks in Saudi Arabia between delegations from the United States and Russia have again failed to produce a comprehensive ceasefire between Moscow and Kyiv, although separate deals to cement an informal truce already in place in the Black Sea was signed.
