A Temporary Accommodation Service is being offered in flood-damaged Wairoa from today

Flooding two weeks ago badly damaged about 100 homes - hitting about 400 in total.

The service kicks in for people after a Civil Defence emergency, offering short- to medium-term accommodation during repairs.
