The two kiwi brothers who were locked up in Thailand after a roadside struggle with Police are back in the country

Hamish and Mattson Day were on holiday in Phuket when they were arrested in March - and spent nearly four months in prison.

The pair were charged with robbery, obstruction of police duty, physical attack against a policeman, driving without a licence and bribery.

A video of the incident, which shows Mattson grappling with a police officer on the side of the road, and Hamish proffering the officers firearm, went viral online.
