Air New Zealand's boss says it's not out of the question for its pet policy to change

Air New Zealand's boss says it's not out of the question for its pet policy to change

Pets must be in a carrier, and checked-in as baggage, and only trained service animals are allowed in the cabin.

Chief Executive, Greg Foran says it must also consider passengers who don't want pets on board.

He says there are no immediate plans to change the policy, but he isn't ruling out anything further down the line.
