Kiefer Sutherland doesn't believe he is a nepo baby

He told Metro.co.uk: "So the part of the argument that I kind of don't understand is if I look at James and sons, the best carpenters in the business. Yeah, it's like, no one's got a problem with his two sons being carpenters because he was a carpenter! It's what you're exposed to. "I'm aware of how fortunate I am. I left home at 15 years old and moved to New York and went to theatre school, and I was already working then. They actually kicked me out of theatre school." And, Kiefer believes his time on the TV show '24' - where he played special agent Jack Bauer on the hit show from 2001 to 2010 - helped to make him a better actor. He said: "If you want to make it to the Olympics, you train every day. Right? And if you want to develop and really become a better actor you have to work every day. And '24' afforded me that opportunity. "I love the character. And I love the show. And I love the people that I got to make it with. So there wasn't a downside."
