Aotearoa Justice Watch collated 62 testimonies about police and prison officers from June 2022 to March this year.
It claims there are reoccurring themes of sexual violence, use of force, and poor confinement conditions, without proper treatment or safeguards in prison.
It also details regular degrading behaviour by police officers - through improper searches, harassment, coercion, racism, and violence.
