A surreal day for New Zealand's newest Gold Medalist

A surreal day for New Zealand's newest Gold Medalist

Finn Butcher has won Gold in the men's kayak cross -- saying he still can't quite believe what's happened.

He says he's been flat out since the race, but it feels pretty good.

Meanwhile, in the Velodrome, Rebecca Petch, Shaane Fulton and Ellesse Andrews have won Silver -- narrowly missing out on Gold -- in the women's team sprint.

New Zealand is now 12th on the medal table -- with three gold, five silver, and one bronze.

    More shortly in sport.
