In one of the biggest international rugby league swaps of this decade, Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has pledged his allegiance to Samoa ahead of New Zealand

The move is to honour his country of birth and his heritage, and means the Warriors star and former All Black will be eligible for Toa Samoa for the 2026 World Cup.

An emotional farewell looms for Warriors halfback Shaun Johnson this evening, in his final NRL home game, against the Bulldogs.

Mt Smart has been renamed in his honour, as Shaun Johnson Stadium... kickoff's at 8pm.

International rugby's back on the menu tonight as Fiji welcome Samoa to Suva in the Pacific Nations Cup.

And Hawke's Bay put the Ranfurly Shield on the line again, against Northland in Napier.
