Noel and Liam Gallagher can be seen smiling together in new images released by Oasis

The pictures - from the siblings' recent photoshoot to announce Oasis' highly-anticipated reunion tour - show Noel, 57, laughing as he stands next to his smiling younger brother Liam, 51

Liam and Noel had been estranged since the band split in 2009, following a bust-up between the brothers at a gig in Paris, but the smiling black-and-white pictures - taken by photographer Simon Emmett - will go some way to reassuring fans that they have put the acrimony behind them.

Simon wrote on X: "Such a privilege to have captured this moment. #Oasis #LiamGallagher #NoelGallagher."

Oasis will play 17 shows across London, Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh and Dublin as part of their 2025 comeback tour of the UK and Ireland.

Tickets went on sale at 8am in Ireland and 9am in the UK on Saturday (31.08.24) but many fans were left frustrated as ticket sites crashed due to the huge demand.

Many tickets were quickly advertised on resale sites at hugely inflated prices, leading Oasis to issue a warning to fans.

A message on Oasis' X account read: "Please note. Oasis Live '25 tickets can only be resold at face value via TicketmasterUK and Twickets! Tickets appearing on other secondary ticketing sites are either counterfeit or will be cancelled by the promoters."
