A US appeals court has upheld Ghislaine Maxwell's conviction - for helping financier Jeffrey Epstein sexually abuse teenage girls

She's serving a 20-year prison sentence for recruiting and grooming four underage girls between 1994 and 2004.
Maxwell's appeal focused on a 2007 non-prosecution agreement between Epstein and federal prosecutors.
Ultimately, the court ruled against her, and she will be eligible for release in 2037.
