Former Ireland centre Johnny Sexton has pointed the finger at All Blacks opposite Rieko Ioane for instigating a heated exchange immediately after New Zealand's 28-24 quarterfinal win at last year's Rugby World Cup

Former Ireland centre Johnny Sexton has pointed the finger at All Blacks opposite Rieko Ioane for instigating a heated exchange immediately after New Zealand's 28-24 quarterfinal win at last year's Rugby World Cup

In his autobiography, Sexton claims Ioane warned him not to miss his flight home, and to enjoy retirement ... followed by an expletive.

The Irishman says he couldn't be expected to ignore the slight, calling the Kiwi fake-humble, followed by a different expletive.

Sexton adds the Barrett brothers and Ardie Savea were real gentlemen.
