    Former Supercars driver Greg Murphy has endorsed next season's new format


    It'll be split into three phases - sprint, endurance and finals - to determine the overall champion.

    The top 10 drivers - including the winners of the sprint and endurance segments - will participate in an elimination process over the last three rounds.

    Murphy says fans will be invested until the final race as a result.
