    A significant police presence in New Brighton, as investigations continue into an unexplained death


    Emergency services were alerted to a person in a critical condition on a Rodney Street property, just after 7pm yesterday.

    Police say the person was transported to hospital, but died a short time later.

    A scene examination is under way at the property, and enquiries into the death continue.
