The Warriors have announced the signing of halfback Tannah Boyd from the Gold Coast on a two-year deal.

Parramatta's Clint Gutherson era is effectively over, after the club agreed to release their skipper from the final year of his contract.

Gutherson has been captain or co-captain at the Eels for the past seven years...and is expected to join St George Illawarra on a three-year deal as early as this week.
