    A series of separate crashes in our main centres has kept emergency services busy this morning


    Firefighters have rescued two people from a wreckage on Auckland's North Shore - one is critically injured.

    A horse float has been involved in a crash in Christchurch.

    Emergency services were called after a vehicle collided with a pole and another vehicle near Russley & Yaldhurst Roads

    Road closures are in place.

    AND person is in a serious condition following a two vehicle crash in Upper Hutt.

    It happened on State Highway 2.. with motorists being advised to take an alternate route.
