Frustration for investigators facing the suppression of key facts, on Northland's pylon collapse

Frustration for investigators facing the suppression of key facts, on Northland's pylon collapse

About 88-thousand homes lost power in June, when an Omexom worker unfastened three legs of the Transpower pylon.

A BusinessDesk Official Information Request, reveals Transpower was frustrated getting information from the contractor, which continued to claim legal privilege.

The Electric Authority faced the same problems getting information from Transpower, issuing five notices to try get the facts.
