A plea for the Government to take action against Gloriavale - while it's on the brink of survival

The court's thrown out an injunction that prevented BNZ from closing the West Coast Christian community's accounts.

Lawyer Brian Henry, who represents Gloriavale leavers, now wants the Government to appoint a statutory manager for the group.

He says Gloriavale would then lose control of its finances.

Brian Henry says it would depower the leaders - and the focus would then turn to helping the good people in the community.
