Nikki Garcia has had "super weak moments" following her divorce from Artem Chigvintsev

The retired WWE wrestler and 'Total Bellas' star - known to fans as Nikki Bella - settled her divorce from the 'Dancing With The Stars' professional last month as both exes mutually dropped their dual restraining order against each other

Reflecting on the past few months on her 'The Nikki and Brie Show' podcast with her twin sister, she said: "In our strongest moments, we definitely have, then, super weak moments.

"And we just have to figure out how we get through that.

"What do we do, and who do we need to lean on, and what do we need to bring into our life and surround ourselves with, and what can feed our soul and make us strong?"

Nikki claimed that having "bad things happen" to her has prompted her to take stock of her life.

She added: "So, it made me really sit and be like, 'Why have all these things happened to me?'

"But what I've realised now in life when things come my way and they're not right, they're not good, or they're bad, whatever it may be, I'm going to sit and try to find the beauty in it and the learning lesson.

"What am I supposed to learn here? What tool from life am I supposed to take from here to conquer this and overcome it to make my path brighter and better?"

Last month, the former couple - who haev four-year-old son Matteo together - finalised their separation out of court just two months after filing papers and following Artem's August arrest amid allegations of domestic violence, though he was not charged.

The pair offered different accounts of the events that led up to the dancer's arrest, with Artem claiming Nikki is the "one with the temper" as he denied being "violent" towards her.
