    The Detroit Lions have nabbed top seed in the NFL's NFC for the playoffs with a commanding 31-9 win over the Minnesota Vikings in the final game of the regular season


    The Lions' victory earns them a week off from the opening wildcard round of the players, while the Vikings - who would have taken top spot with victory - will now travel to play the LA Rams.

    Lions quarterback Jared Goff says it's good to be able to put their feet up for a week or so.
