    A trainee electricians's been fined 10-thousand dollars for problematic electrical work in south Taranaki


    Bradley Payne has been charged in the New Plymouth District Court under the Electricity Act - for leaving a live wire exposed.

    He was doing unsupervised work on a shipping container.

    The property owner got an electric shock, and MBIE says someone could've been killed.
