    Argentina first five Nicolas Sanchez has announced his retirement from all rugby


    The 36-year-old played 104 times for the Pumas, his final test coming in the 2023 World Cup bronze medal match defeat to England in Paris.

    His haul of 902 points is an Argentina record.

    Sanchez had a varied career, playing for four French clubs, the short-lived Jaguares in Super Rugby, Suntory Sungoliath in Japan and then closing his career with his hometown club Tucuman Lawn Tennis Club.
