    A person's in a critical condition after an incident by Lower Hutt's Queensgate mall early this morning


    Police are giving few details, but warn motorists and passersby to avoid Queens Drive, which is expected to be closed until about 8am.

    Police aren't searching for anyone in relation to the matter.
