    A Christchurch home has been badly damaged by fire


    Fire and Emergency were called to a two-storey home on Bishopdale's Clotilda Place about 9.30am.

    A boat in the driveway is also damaged.

    A shift manager says some crews have left the scene, but two remain, as well as a fire investigator.

    Police say the road is blocked.
