The Bulldogs have been hit with an unusual penalty in their 16-8 NRL win over the Eels

The Bulldogs have been hit with an unusual penalty in their 16-8 NRL win over the Eels

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

Forward Josh Curran has been pinged for impersonating the referee in the first half.

He was ruled to have called an Eels player offside in the defensive line, which saw his opponent pull out of a tackle.

    Referee Wyatt Raymond responded.

Bulldogs coach Cameron Ciraldo admitted he's never seen the likes of it.

The Sea Eagles have beaten the Raiders 40-12.
