Alessandra Ambrosio thinks sleeping well is "a must to look good"

The 43-year-old model believes that a combination of meditating, journaling, and sleeping well has helped her to maintain her good looks

The Victoria's Secret model - who has Anja, 16, and Noah, 12, with her ex-partner Jamie Mazur - told Us Weekly: "I don't wake up like the bombshell model that people usually see.

"I wake up and my hair is all messy, my skin has no make-up, and I'm just Anja and Noah's mom. Like, that's it. And I love that too. I wouldn't change that."

Alessandra prefers adopting a "natural" look. However, she believes that certain lifestyle choices - including "getting eight hours of sleep every night" - have helped her to "look good and feel fresh".

The runway star explained: "I think that's the way to go for me. I think it is taking care of my mind, for sure. Like starting my day meditating, journaling, getting eight hours of sleep every night. That's a must to look good and feel fresh and start my day the right way."

Alessandra began dating jewellery designer Buck Palmer in 2024, and she's revealed that they bond over a shared "passion for life".

She said: "We just love life to the fullest.

"We love living life and spending time together and enjoying every little thing. I guess it's the little things, sometimes, that count more. Whatever we do, we both just have this passion for life."

Alessandra is one of the best-known models in the world - but she previously insisted that her beauty routine is actually quite "simple".

The brunette beauty explained that she makes time each day to "take care of [herself]", in spite of her hectic schedule.

Alessandra told Vogue India magazine: "I've always tried to keep my beauty routine as simple as possible and that didn't change when I had my kids. What I've focused on since having kids is creating time to take care of myself.

"Even if it's just 15 minutes in the morning for meditation, stretching or yoga - it helps me get centred and ready to conquer whatever the day is bringing my way."
