    Mixed news from Auckland's largest real estate agency


    Barfoot and Thompson had a record number of unsold properties last month -- about 62-hundred.

    But it also sold more than 12-hundred -- the most since July 2021.

    Managing Director Peter Thompson says Auckland's housing market has responded aggressively to improved conditions.

    He says the long-anticipated recovery has finally arrived.
