Danny Dyer has warned burglars not to break into his house

The 'Human Traffic' star has revealed he has a "naughty dog" waiting for anyone who attempts to gain access to his property and he also keeps a weapon called a cosh - a weighted baton - by his side whenever he's at home

During an appearance on his 'Live and Let Dyers' podcast, Danny said: "Shout out to you burglars out there because by the time this airs I'll be back [from a holiday in Dubai]. And I've got a naughty dog called Debbie, I'm belled up to f***.

"Don't try and sniff round my gaff when this is out, because I'll be waiting for you with a cosh - my favourite weapon of choice when I'm in my house."

He went on to add he's also given a cosh to footballer Jarrod Bowen - who is engaged to his daughter Dani - to make sure the sports star is keeping her safe.

Danny added: "I did give one to Jarrod, a spring cosh. It was one of my early presents to him because he's very protective of you [Dani].

"So he's got the one with a spring on it. My one's pure metal. It's almost like a police baton. It's a good tool."

Dani and West Ham player Jarrod are getting married in May and the 'Love Island' star has admitted her actor dad is going to be an "emotional wreck" on her big day.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper, she explained: "Knowing Dad, he will be an emotional wreck. He's already planning his speech, too, but I'm not worried. I'm more concerned about Jarrod's best man - he's very cheeky."

Dani also previously let slip her wedding is going to be themed around Netflix show 'Bridgerton', telling Closer magazine: "I do want pastels, and I want the wedding to be beautiful. I want it to be like Bridgerton, with violins and a saxophone player.

"But then my mum's like "You're asking for too much. I don't want to be a bridezilla, but I probably will be to my mum."

Dani also revealed she wants her twin daughters - with Jarrod - to be her flower girls and her son Santi - from a previous relationship - to be the ringbearer.
