    A Bay of Plenty couple's finally claimed a 500-thousand-dollar lotto win - four months later


    The woman checked her New Years Day ticket bought at Fresh Choice Papamoa - after reading in the news about the unclaimed prize.

    The couple say they usually check their ticket manually - but this one slipped through the cracks.
