More than 100-thousand Kiwis are struggling to keep their homes warm this winter

More than 100-thousand Kiwis are struggling to keep their homes warm this winter

Consumer NZ's annual energy survey found household energy costs have increased about 137-percent in 25 years.

At the same time, incomes have only increased about 80-percent.

Powerswitch manager Paul Fuge says prices should be reduced.

Fuge says prices have risen quickly, already about 11-percent higher than they were this time last year.
