Jessie J has shared joyous photographs of her family holiday in Majorca two months after undergoing a mastectomy as part of her treatment for breast cancer

The 37-year-old was pictured grinning in a black one-shoulder swimsuit with statement gold earrings while spending time in the pool with her son Sky, aged two, and her partner Chanan Safir Colman, 41

Her family were joined on the trip by Chanan's relatives, with Jessie saying that she and Sky had travelled to visit them in Spain.

Alongside images from the break, Jessie said: "Sky learnt (thumbs up) on this holiday and now every time he does it he expects everyone around him to cheer."

She added: "We flew to meet Daddy in Spain (And Grandad and Nay Nay and Aunties and Uncle and cousins) lol."

Jessie and Chanan, who have been together since 2021, stayed in a villa with a large garden, where they were photographed playing outside with Sky.

The star recently used a podcast appearance to speak candidly about the impact of cancer treatment on her life with her son.

She told Jamie Laing's Great Company show: "Yesterday I sobbed. I feel like I can't be a mum to my son and I miss him. I feel like cancer has robbed me of memories with my boy. I have missed stuff with the treatment and stuff moves so fast when you have a toddler. Some days are awful."

Jessie also described moments of fear during her illness.

She said: "I had moments where I thought 'this is going to go left and I'm going to die'."

Reflecting on how she coped, she added: "But I weirdly kind of enjoy bad things happening to me sometimes as it means I need to grow. I believe bad things happen to me so I can help other people who will then go through it."

In a separate video posted on Instagram, Jessie explained how her cancer diagnosis had made her reconsider her priorities.

She said: "I want to write books. Do a kids album. Get all my tattoos taken off. Take my family on holiday. I want to learn to ride a bike.

"I'd like to learn another language... but I know that's not going to happen. I want to see if I can sort out some medication or some cognitive therapy or something for my ADHD and OCD."

Jessie added: "When you go through something like cancer people are like 'you've changed'.

"But I think I always had those thoughts, cancer just makes us actually act on them because you're like 'life is short, I want to do it now.' I've always wanted to do that so I'm going to do it."
