Infighting in the Returned Services Association's continuing to heat up, with the top brass threatening legal action against a former president

Infighting in the Returned Services Association's continuing to heat up, with the top brass threatening legal action against a former president

Last week former Canterbury District RSA President Stan Hansen wrote a letter asking any nominations relating to former board chair Martyn Dunne, and current board member Jocelyn Faul to be rejected.

He claims the pair's time on the board included financial deficits, and high staff turnover at head office.

In a statement, the national office has called it a serious breach of confidentiality, with inaccurate and defamatory assertions.

It says such egregious behaviour will have consequences, and it's seeking legal advice on the options available to address it.
