    Sir Rod Stewart has "done it all"

    The 80-year-old singer has insisted he has nothing left on his bucket list and doesn't need to headline the Superbowl Halftime Show as playing the legends slot at Glastonbury this summer was it for him


    Although there is nothing left for him to achieve in his career, the Maggie May hitmaker has no plans to hang up his microphone.

    He told PEOPLE: "I still enjoy what I'm doing. I love it.

    "You can tell it's written all over my face. Absolutely love it, but all things have to come to an end."

    He continued: "I'm very happy with my achievements thus far."

    Asked if he'd like to headline the halfway point in the sporting spectacle, Rod replied: "I've done Glastonbury, so I'm happy."

    He insisted: "There's no bucket list. I've done it all."

    Teasing his upcoming projects, he said: "I'm supposed to be doing a country album, and I'm halfway through doing an original album."

    Meanwhile, the Wolfie's Whiskey founder said cutting back on booze has improved his singing voice.

    He said: "I find it easier to keep my voice in good shape, and it was excellent tonight. It's been excellent for the last year or so, since I've cut back on the drinking."

    Rod has been plagued by vocal issues over the years and lost his voice for nine months after undergoing surgery for throat cancer in 2000.

    He also still works out.

    Quizzed on what he gets up to outside of work, Rod shared: "I have hobbies. I work out.

    "I have my sport. I love watching football and sports, and the [Celtic Football Club]. My hobby is extraordinarily kind to me. All men should have a hobby."
