New Zealand's current outbreak has grown to 13 infections - and more than two thousand close contacts.
One has no known links to previous infections.
A national immunisation week starts on Monday - to help bring it in under control.
Health Minister Simeon Brown says they're working hard to try stamp it out.
He says they know a large outbreak will put pressure on an already overwhelmed public health system.
