    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The Sydney Morning Herald reports Woolf has stayed in Auckland and visited every day since Katoa's emergency brain surgery after enduring three head knocks before and during the test against New Zealand nine days ago.

The situation is the subject of an NRL investigation.

Katoa is understood to have had his best day since the incident yesterday - and is expected to leave hospital tomorrow or Thursday.
