Brandi Glanville has debuted a striking new look after more than a year of struggling with severe facial disfigurement

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared her transformation on Instagram ahead of the Sundance Film Festival.

In a photo posted on Sunday (25.01.,25), the 53-year-old blonde beamed at the camera with a full face of makeup, glossy lips, curled hair, a blue snake-patterned top and a Boston Red Sox cap.

She thanked Dr. Nicholas Nikolov and CellSound for their support in preparing her for the festival and the PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe.

She said: "Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov the amazing CellSound and for preparing me for The Sundance Film festival, looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe."

Glanville later appeared on the red carpet for the PBM Princess x Kemo Sabe event, attending the special screening of Rachel Strauss' documentary Side Effects May Include in Park City, Utah.

For nearly two years, Glanville endured a mysterious and debilitating facial condition. Initially believing a parasite was causing her symptoms, she experienced facial swelling beginning in July 2024, which she first attributed to stress.

By December 2024, her doctors suspected a parasitic infection as one side of her face began to sag and wrinkle.

Her health journey involved multiple biopsies, dental issues, and significant personal challenges, leaving her largely confined to her home due to anxiety.

In December 2025, Glanville finally received a diagnosis, bringing relief despite the long road to recovery.

She shared: "I have a long road ahead of me to get fully better, but I finally have an answer, so I'm just thrilled. It's been hell. I've turned into an introvert. Leaving my house, I get the worst anxiety because I've been in my house for two years."

Since receiving her diagnosis, Glanville has been focused on regaining her routine and returning to public life, a milestone she celebrated with her fresh new look at Sundance.
