Nicki Minaj has received a Trump Gold Card after declaring she is the US President's "number one fan"

The 43-year-old rap star reaffirmed her support for the billionaire businessman, insisting that she won't allow "hate" to change her mind about the world leader.

During an appearance at the Trump Accounts Summit on Wednesday (28.01.26), Nicki said: "Well, I don't know what to say, but I will say that I am probably the president's number one fan. And that's not going to change. And the hater, what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more.

"And it's gonna motivate all of us to support him more. We're not going let them get away with bullying him and the smear campaigns. It's not gonna work, OK?

"He has a lot of force behind him, and God is protecting him. Amen."

After singing Trump's praises, Minaj - who immigrated from Trinidad and Tobago and has lived in the U.S. for many years without obtaining citizenship - took to X to show off her Gold Card, which she claims she received for free and grants her US citizenship.

She captioned a picture of the card: "Welp..."

In a follow-up post, she expanded: "Residency? Residency? The cope is coping. Finalizing that citizenship paperwork as we speak as per MY wonderful, gracious, charming President. Thanks to the petition. I wouldn't have done it without you. Oh CitizenNIKA you are thee moment. Gold Trump card free of charge. (sic)"

Usually, applicants would first need to be eligible for an EB 1 or EB 2 visa category, then pay a non refundable application charge and provide a $1 million payment to the U.S. government.
