The mosque terrorist filed almost 700 complaints about conditions - over more than four years

The mosque terrorist filed almost 700 complaints about conditions - over more than four years

Brenton Tarrant's five-day Appeal Court hearing - seeking permission to vacate his 92 guilty pleas and appeal has wrapped up this afternoon.

The Crown told the court today the application should be dismissed, calling Tarrant an unreliable witness.

They say health assessments contradict his account of prison conditions, which he claims made him unfit to plead.

He filed 686 complaints between March 2019 and September 2024.

The panel of three judges are reserving their decision - with responses expected in a few weeks.
