    Queenstown's Millbrook Resort's had a record year for property sales, hotel stays, and golf rounds


    Millbrook Realty brokered 93 million-dollars in property sales in the year to January, from 20 transactions averaging 4.7 million.

    Investments in hotel villas, business outlets, and a second 18-hole championship course have boosted growth.

    Golfers played 42-thousand rounds to September, while the New Zealand Golf Open is on there now.

    Property Director Ben O'Malley says confidence in the Millbrook brand has never been stronger.
