    Tonga's PM challenges Pacific leaders to year-long weight loss competition to tackle obesity

    Tonga's Prime Minister suggests his Pacific counterparts should consider holding a year-long weight loss competition to set a good example for the region, which has some of the world's highest rates of obesity and non-communicable diseases.
