    14 Oct: News: On October 13, ABC TV news reported the University of Newcastle spent $76 million on consultants in 2023. The university says that figure relates to professional services which include campus security, recruitment, software management and rental for additional research space. They said specific spend on consulting and advisory services was $21.3 million, half of which relates to research grants.... more
